Opened: 10th Jan 2018.
Closes: 12th Jan 2018.

It's an interesting but capital intensive business with poor cash flows.

Valuations are reasonable.

I guess investors feel that the company's long term prospects are good. There is 40%+ premium in grey market.

I can't comment more as I still haven't read the RHP.

Most probably, I will apply.

Calculation for allotment

Hello Alchemist,

All good IPOs are so much heavily subscribed that it becomes next to impossible to get allotment. I tried so many IPOs but did not get any allotment in RII. Now I am thinking to apply in HNI with more than 2 lakhs rs. I have seen your calculation for CDSL IPO. Can you please share the same for this IPO also to guide me that approximately with what amount I should apply and it will increase chances of allotment? I am really interested to understand your calculation also.

Thanks in advance.

I am sorry I was away on Friday all day.

Even I could not apply for the IPO.

The NII category was subscribed 958 times.

I can't think of any other IPO that has saw such over-subscription in NII category.

A 958 lot application will get 1 lot.

That means a Rs 13172500 lac application will get shares of Rs 13750.

Rs 5 lac application has 3.8% chance of allotment.:frown:.

Allottees can expect 8000 profit per lot.

Thanks Alchemist for your reply.

As you have mentioned, it is so much over subscribed that A 958 lot application will get 1 lot in NII. I have applied for 44 lots only so very little hope to get anything.

Totally it is subscribed 248.51 times which translates to 28326,72,60,939 at upper price band.

For Rs:156 cr IPO, Rs: 28326 cr worth of money is chasing. This is totally insane. So much of money is floating around in the market.

That's true it's a lottery at this stage. But I wish I had remembered too, since that would increase chances of the getting that lucky one lot.

Me too, simply forgot to apply :)

Anyways considering the over subscription and my 'awesome' luck, it was fruitless to apply.

The share listed at 465 but now has hit lower circuit.

Less than 12 lac shares traded on NSE+BSE against an IPO size of 41.5 lac shares.
