How different is this from L&T Bond. is there buyback option in both? Should one invest in this or L&T with both offering same interest rate?

IDFC have buyback after 5 years. L & T has buyback after 5 and 7 years. IDFC rating is better than L & T. Personally I would prefer IDFC over L & T.
