What's happening in market? Despite so uncertainty, why it's bouncing so strong? Something is cooking or just dead cat bounce. Exit opportunity from market.

It's all about money supply.

The west is printing so much money that even a minuscule fraction is enough to cause a rally in Asian markets.

This is how Fed's balance sheet has changed since mid 2007.

Note what has happened in last 3 months - the balance sheet size has increased by $3 trillion.

EU is doing something similar too and it's balance sheet is expected to expand by around 2 trillion Euros by end of 2020.

All this money has to go somewhere.

Financial bubbles will keep forming and bursting till this crazy money printing continues.

Hyper-inflation and a massive rally in gold could be just around the corner....

Please guide ,
(1) whether now is the correct time to sell my long term stocks and book profit ?
(2) and I want to buyback the stocks once the market falls. Is there a possibility of this to happen i.e fall in market?
(3) The new stocks which I wanted to buy has already shot up a lot ..

What shall I do..is 1 & 2 possible now?

1. Long term goal met? if yes then sell and book profit. If no, then analyse your long term portfolio, assess if you are on right track considering your time horizon and return expectation. Accordingly decide, whether you should stay invested or re-balance your portfolio.

2. Nobody knows that. Possibility is always there. but surety no body can give.

The market is currently in a short/medium term uptrend. Don't sell now.

If you want to book profits, adopt a simple trick. Keep record of NIFTY closing price for past 10 days and note the highest closing. Everyday, keep adding that day's data and update highest closing if needed. Sell only when NIFTY starts falling and closes 6% below the highest closing you noted.

Personally I feel market will fall to some degree. However never go by free advice from strangers over the Internet.

Opportunities keep coming up. If you missed a bus, catch the next one.

If you have ongoing SIPs, don't try to time the market. Ignore and let the SIP do the work long-term.

Attached are excerpts of survey of CEOs for large global companies. While any survey needs to be taken with the necessary pinch of salt, look at the responses for which countries represent best opportunities and which companies represent best opportunities.

Note: Could not upload full survey PDF due to size restrictions.

I think the markets have reached warning/alert territory on valuations.

That doesn't mean we need to move to book profits immediately. The market can remain irrational for a long time, so go with it until the trend reverses.

I think this trend will continue till the vaccine comes in. Then it will go to 12k NIFTY and after that after say 3 months the reversal will reflect on ground reality
