Oil Reserves of Various Countries

I found this interesting report on BP's site:

Statistical Review of World Energy 2012

According to this report, US, UK, China and Mexico will run out of crude oil in next 10 years.

From the above report, I have made a list of R/P ratios of some of the major economies.

Reserves-to-production (R/P) ratio – If the reserves remaining at the end of any year are divided by the production in that year, the result is the length of time that those remaining reserves would last if production were to continue at that rate.
Australia: 21.9
Brazil: 18.8
Canada: 100+
China: 9.9
India: 18.2
Iran: 95.8
Iraq: 100+
Italy: 34.3
Kuwait: 97
Libya: 100+
Mexico: 10.6
Nigeria: 41.5
Russia: 23.5
Saudi Arabia: 65.2
UAE: 80.7
UK: 7.0
Venezuela: 100+
US: 10.8

I think till crude oil is sufficient we don't have to worry.

Before it is going to end Human can find the alternative.

Almighty has given that power and brain to do so. So we don't have to worry so much.

By the way data figures are interesting to know.

Happy Investing!
Interesting find no doubt, however the figures are kind of misleading.

We also need how much of the energy needs are being fed by production and the ratio of reserves/required fuel for each county.

That would provide a more realistic scenario.
