I would like to know your views on Patel Engineering Ltd. It has come down from 400+ in September to below 200 now.

What a crappy company doesn't even offers annual reports and Quarterly reports on website!

How come SEBI is not taking note of this!

Alchemist, I thought it was by law necessary to have this information available at website!

Patel Engineering gained nearly 20% today - any idea why? What's happening here?
