Silver 4th May 2013

Thinking to use Reliance Commodity account (Someone Else). They give margin 6 times of initial deposit.

So, if I start with 10000, I can play with 60000 and then I can do intraday trading of Silver Mini and book a profit daily approx 1000 or so by buying and selling 4-5 times.

What you say?

I feel sorry for your loss.

I am not here to discourage you. But what if you start to lose in intraday too? Did you think of that?

Currently you are in a desperate state and that would make you to do more mistakes.

Decision is yours!

Spoken to Reliance and planning to take their terminal, at 3 paise and 25 times limit.

Will wait till 27th or so and if it grows up to 47000, then will book loss and will come out and will buy Sept lot of Silver Mini and will try to recover loss. I want to come at No Profit No Loss Position !!

Kindly advice !!

If I buy now at 45000, 30 Kg Silver Mini and keep them and wait for 50k to touch as I have time till Sep, I can cover 1.5 lacs, considering 5000 per kg.

Dude, You obviously have no idea about trading and money management. Such rallies are nothing more than bull traps. Get out of the position.

Does the broker have the right to take personal assets if the losses exceed the amount in the account?
I asked this question to one of my friends, who has a lot of experience in commodity broking.

He said that a broker can definitely recover such losses from a client.

Some brokers use the legal route and some brokers use recovery agents etc.

Planning to buy SILVERMIC 30NOV2013 at 47150.00 ... Advice please !
My advice is that you stay away from all kinds of trading, at least commodity trading.

Predicting short-term price movements (of stocks, commodities etc) is extremely difficult, especially for a novice.

You are just gambling, hoping that luck will be on your side.

In the long run, gamblers rarely make money.
