Website Issues

#1
For the last 2 weeks or so, I am having a major problem accessing e-investing.in. Today is the first day I am able to access it properly. For 2 weeks, connections were usually timing out. Occasionally, I would get a page, but when I try to navigate, it would again time out. Anyone else facing these issues?

Website running smooth at my end. But yeah, around 2-3 months back, I used to face same problem while accessing it from office (From home, never faced the problem).

The reason was my company internet usage policy (I suspect), they imposed some restriction on accessing many websites. To restrict, they invested in buying some software "WebSense". But soon many employees started complaining that internet speed is not normal, and declared websense software as culprit.

Recently they have again installed the same software, but different version I guess, and we are not facing any problem in accessing many websites (as of now). :)

The site has been running smoothly for me too. Are you just facing problems with e-investing.in?

In early December, the servers were moved 3 times and thus many users had faced problems.

Still unable to access the site from both Airtel & MTNL broadband. Tried with FF & IE.

Current using a proxy to post this.

The funny thing is that I am able to access the User CP page - http://www.e-investing.in/usercp.php

However, not able to access any other pages on the site.
Try the following command

Code:
ping e-investing.in
You should see a response like:

Code:
Pinging e-investing.in [67.23.254.103] with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 67.23.254.103: bytes=32 time=238ms TTL=42
Reply from 67.23.254.103: bytes=32 time=245ms TTL=42
Reply from 67.23.254.103: bytes=32 time=259ms TTL=42
Reply from 67.23.254.103: bytes=32 time=233ms TTL=42
If you see something else in place of 67.23.254.103 or you see "request timed out" then you have an issue with your connection (most probably your DNS Server).

In that case try adding the following line in the file named hosts located in the "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc" folder:

Code:
67.23.254.103 e-investing.in
