Hey Alchemist, Do explain what is rep power.
Rep Power is the number of points by which a member can change Reputation Score (points) of other members.

If your Rep Power is 1, it means you can change Reputation Score (points) of other members by +1 or -1.

=================================

As per current settings:

For every 20 Reputation Points that you collect, your Rep Power goes up by 1.

Every 365 days, your Rep Power will increase by 1.

After every 200 posts, your Rep Power will increase by 1.

These settings may change in the future.

Can we know which post got reputation score ?
If you are asking about your own rep, then yes.

Go to your control panel (User CP).

See "Latest Reputation Received".

Click on the thread link.

It will take you to the post for which you got rep.

====================================

You can't see details of others' reputation.

Yes. The forum is new and not much reputation has been distributed.

You may start my giving rep points to good posts and you may also get some in return.
