Which Inverter To Buy?

#1
I m buying inverter and Reliance Netconnect USB MODEM with my BSNL broadband... any suggestion?

This power cut problem destroyed my trading today and good profit turned into 240 Rs profit as I had to ask my RM to square-off my trades and the poor guy is hopeless in these matters. :frown:.

Get the Wi-Fi enabled Type-2 ADSL modem from Huawei. Will be useful to connect from a laptop as well.

Regarding inverter, take a higher capacity inverter (at least 800 VA - 1000 VA) from APC or Numeric.

This will give you ample back up time of 20-30 minutes, so that you can continue trading during the power cut.

I don't know much about internet services and so won't comment on that part of your question.

(I just have a simple 192 Kbps connection).

Are you going to sit in front of the PC for the whole day?

If yes, then you need an inverter.

Otherwise, just buy a simple UPS, which will allow you to close your positions whenever there is a power problem.

I too would recommend that you buy an APC product.

APC's products may costlier compared to other similar products available in the market, but APC's quality more than justifies that high price.

APC's product also available for home inverter or just for small PC only?

Normally people use Luminous, Su-Kam etc. inverters at home.

Sorry, but what is it in 2019 ? If this is still no broadband now ? I used ADSL in something like 2007 last time I can remember and if you are saying here about something to protect connection then optic fiber with some protective thing is more than enough to have solid 24/7 connection no matter what unless provider fails.
